This brokerage boasts decades of shared experience working within the Protection sector, and after several years of success, it is looking to expand its team and bring on board a Lead Assessor to assist in qualifying Life Insurance leads for its Advisors.
This firm runs a successful marketing campaign, which generates leads on a daily basis, and it’s the responsibility of the Assessors to contact each lead and qualify them, before passing them on to their Advisors so they can work their magic and convert the leads. This will involve contacting each lead predominantly over the phone or via email and asking several suitability questions. As a result, you will possess great confidence when speaking to clients over the phone and excellent customer service skills.
You must have a positive manner over the phone and be confident and motivated to get tasks done. Experience within Life Insurance would be preferable but this is by no means essential.
What makes this opportunity so appealing is the strong earning potential, as all the Lead Assessors receive commission on top of their base salary. You can expect a basic salary of £16.5K- £18.5K whilst receiving an extra £30K in bonuses!
You will be working in an office of circa 17 people, with a team that consider themselves driven and busy, whilst having fun at the same time! As such, you must be highly personable and a good team player.
