Due to the ongoing expansion of the business, my client, a long-standing local IFA practice, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to complement its existing team in North Leeds.
This business, established in the local area for a number of years, has developed an enviable reputation in the wider community, providing first class private wealth management solutions for a broad client base of high net worth individuals.
The main purpose of the role is to provide technical and administrative support to the firms’ Financial Consultants. You will also provide analysis, detailed research, report writing and product recommendations for presentations, ensuring all advice meets the strict, ethical and compliance framework. In addition, you will also be responsible for completing portfolio reviews and rebalancing requests, ensuring that all quality assessments are carried out to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
You must be technically minded with a keen eye for detail. In addition, you must also possess at least a strong understanding of pension and investment products, as well as having a good general knowledge of the financial market. You must either already hold Level 4 Diploma, or be working towards it. Organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload are paramount, as is the ability to manage relationships and expectations at all levels.
