This well-established financial planning practice in the South West is seeking a capable and ambitious Financial Planner to work closely with its Director as part of the firm’s long-term succession plan.
My client is a local IFA practice building and maintaining long term client relationships, a ‘General Practitioner’, the practice deals with wide ranging client financial planning solutions.
The founder is looking to establish a succession plan that will create the opportunity for a process driven, ambitious Financial Planner to work alongside this experienced Director in the servicing of their substantial client bank. Ultimately you will have the opportunity to either inherit the business or to purchase it outright upon the Director’s retirement.
Initially, the role will be to work closely with the founder of the business to understand processes and get to know clients, until you are able to take a more prominent role in the servicing and maintenance of said client bank, as well as contribute towards the future direction of the business.
Ideally, you will already be Chartered, though this not essential. Perhaps you are unfulfilled in your current role or there is a lack of opportunity to showcase your ambition and energy. It is imperative that you share the company values, adhere to its processes and provide clients reassuring, uncomplicated advice.
