A critical part of its service provision is the allocation of a Client Relationship Coordinator to each and every one of its clients, thus providing consistency of contact and a highly efficient concierge level service at all times.
As the first point of contact for all client enquiries, your role will have three key responsibilities. On the client servicing side you’ll provide a friendly, professional and efficient first point of contact for client enquiries by phone, email and in person. You’ll prepare all client documentation in advance of and after client meetings, attending those meetings when necessary, and you will compliantly maintain all client files.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for business processing for all your client allocation. This will include checking for accuracy of new business documentation, recording fees, liaising with product providers, portfolio valuations, obtaining illustrations and sending letters of authority.
Finally, you’ll take ownership of the client review process, organising, preparing for, and supporting the Financial Planner with annual review meetings, ensuring that all action points are implemented efficiently and effectively.
Working closely together with the relevant Planner and Paraplanner to form a consistent and dedicated client team, you’ll have the gravitas and eloquence to win the confidence and buy-in from your client portfolio, most of whom are approaching retirement age. You’ll be able to demonstrate proven experience gained from within the Financial Planning industry, where you will have had client-facing responsibilities either from a Paraplanning, Advisory or Senior Administration background. Attention to detail and accuracy is also essential here, and you’ll take pride in producing efficient and accurate documentation with an emphasis on getting it right first time.
