The firm now has an exciting vacancy for a career-motivated graduate with a thirst for knowledge to join its technical team in an initial trainee capacity, with a view to quickly progressing into a fully signed-off technical claims handling role.
With a desire to learn, and the ability to accommodate a steep learning curve, your role will be to handle a diverse portfolio of specialist claims within agreed service levels and policy wordings. You’ll become responsible for assessing new claims against policy coverage and instructing solicitors when appropriate. Additionally, you’ll have responsibility for keeping the policyholders aware of the processes, timescales and ongoing developments of their claims.
In addition to a relevant degree pass, to succeed in this exciting and demanding role, you’ll be able to demonstrate eloquent and professional communication skills alongside advanced organisation, administration and IT ability. A keen desire to build a career in the insurance sector and to study professionally would also be warmly welcomed and supported.
