In an ‘all leads provided’ environment, you’ll be dealing with incoming enquiries from affluent clients, who generate significant fees. You’ll have everything you need to succeed in this role - first-class training from very experienced mortgage brokers, and a dedicated Case Handler who will allow you to do what you do best; advise clients and write volume business. It is essential that you are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with previous experience of giving mortgage advice. Whilst this is NOT A CALL CENTRE, you must be comfortable giving telephone-based advice and dealing with a diverse range of clientele. You’ll be an excellent communicator who is engaging, consultative and committed to providing the highest level of client service. Advisers from either an independent broking or restricted / tied environment will be considered.
With this firm being very much a growing business, there are genuine opportunities for career progression into a range of areas including management, and the Directors will be committed to your professional development from day one.
You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary typically up to £30K (Negotiable), plus a lucrative commission scheme. The Directors cite, “if you’re earning less than £50K in year one, you’re doing something very wrong!” Year 2 OTE is £70K - £80K and beyond that, like other Advisers in the firm, you can easily earn £100K+.
