As a result of ongoing expansion, a thriving Finance Brokerage based in Bolton is seeking a Secured Loan Case Manager.
This company has impressive distribution channels and highly effective marketing methodologies, resulting in it generating a constant stream of lucrative 2nd Charge Loan and Mortgage enquires.
Working in conjunction with Loan Advisers, you will package cases in line with lenders’ criteria, checking documents, clients’ adverse credit, equity and income. You will also liaise with a range of stakeholders to ensure that applications stay on track, whilst maintaining accurate notes throughout the underwriting process.
It is essential that you have previous experience within secured loans or mortgages and that you are well-organised, with strong customer service skills. You must be able to operate accurately and efficiently within a busy environment, whilst working towards KPIs within a regulatory compliance framework.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £27K plus a highly lucrative monthly bonus scheme, giving overall on target earnings of £50K. As such, this is a rare opportunity to earn what a Loan / Mortgage Adviser typically earns, without needing to hold the qualifications! You’ll also benefit from regular incentives, a great social environment, and free parking. You’ll also enjoy normal working hours, 9am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri), with no weekend working.
