A very successful, directly authorised mortgage brokerage based near Huddersfield seeks an experienced Protection Adviser.
This firm has formidable marketing capabilities and as such, enjoys a wealth of constant Mortgage and Protection enquiries.
Because the Mortgage Advisers are so busy, the company has decided to employ a dedicated Protection Adviser to free up their time. As a result, you will have access to all the new clients to whom you will offer relevant Protection products including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection. Once a mortgage case has been written, you will call the client and offer them suitable cover from the whole of market. There is no cold calling involved as these are all existing customers, and so you should enjoy healthy conversion ratios. This is an office-based role, where all business is conducted over the telephone.
It is essential that you have experience of selling Protection products and a strong compliance record. You will also have excellent communication and rapport building skills, and a proactive approach. Given these lucrative leads, you must have a genuine desire to exploit these and earn substantial income. With the company writing on average, 30 mortgages a month, and you being the sole Protection Adviser, you will enjoy strong earning potential.
You will benefit from working in a very friendly and supportive team, in beautiful offices situated in the countryside. The whole team are highly committed to your success and will be fully supporting you from day one. You will also enjoy working fairly traditional office hours, with absolutely no weekend working.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £24K with on target earnings of £50K - £55K+.
