It seeks a career-motivated, inquisitive individual with a desire to embark upon a career within the insurance industry as a Trainee Auditor. In this role, you’ll become trained and mentored by some leading industry professionals and will ultimately progress into a role where your duties will become wide and varied.
You’ll quickly become involved in the regular auditing of specified delegated authority schemes and other insurer schemes, requesting relevant documentation from brokers necessary to carry out your tasks. You’ll be in regular liaison, via both email and telephone, with brokers, insurers and colleagues, and will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry at all times, thus ensuring data integrity at all times.
A strong interest in, and ideally an understanding of, the insurance world is key, as are advanced IT skills, excellent communication skills and demonstrable team-playing capabilities.
The salary on offer reflects the entry level nature of this role but there is a plan in place for structured increases over 18-24 months as various developmental milestones are met. Additionally, you can expect a suite of employee benefits and a wide variety of employee well-being initiatives.
