Both the Employee Benefits and Healthcare Administration Teams comprise 4 longstanding employees, and they are known throughout the business as being closely knit, friendly and supportive. As such, cultural fit is imperative here.

The Employee Benefits Team deals with all aspects of Health & Risk Benefit Activities (domestic and international), handling such products as Group Life, Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection, Cash Plans, Critical Illness and Employee Assistance Programmes.

The Healthcare Team specialises in Medical Malpractice Indemnity Insurance, and its clients include a range of medical professionals such as Dentists, Psychiatrists, Private GP’s and Healthcare Corporates.

In either role, you will be responsible for providing an exemplary level of administrative support in accordance with service level agreements. This could include liaising with colleagues, clients and other third parties from across the globe, maintaining various database CRM systems, and producing accurate documentation. You will also get the chance to be involved in a variety of projects such as helping out on schemes, developing new products and working with Marketing Teams.

As you would expect, having fantastic attention to detail is essential for this role. As such, you must be well-organised, meticulous in your approach, and pride yourself on the quality of all tasks undertaken. You must be bright, process-driven, numerate, IT literate and comfortable entering data onto a variety of software (mainstream and bespoke packages). It is also imperative that you can demonstrate a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring each and every one is carried out to the best of your ability.

Ideally, you will be from a Healthcare, Insurance or Employee Benefits background. However, we do welcome applications from outstanding candidates from other areas of ‘professional services’ such as Law, Mortgages or Wealth Management.
