This quality-focused firm, based in Loughton, is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser from a restricted or tiered background for its team in the North East of London. Whilst this firm is a ‘whole of market’ brokerage, it is looking for someone who’s used to working within strict compliance and time constrained settings, as this role is very tailored to the mortgage-writing process akin to a bank or building society, but the benefit is that you’ll receive an enviable amount of commission for the mortgages that you’ll write up.
To give you a brief overview of what this position will involve – The director of the firm receives a sizeable amount of high-quality leads on a regular basis, and due to the fast-paced nature of his role as both key Mortgage Adviser and Managing Director, he needs an experienced Adviser to write up the mortgage after he’s converted the lead and found a suitable lender. The director wrote over 80 mortgages in Q1 this year and looks to be writing over 120 for Q2, so you can expect to be very busy in this role.

You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £27K and as well as your salary, you can look forward to an OTE of £45K-50K for year one and £50K-60K for year two! The working hours are 9am til 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) with no weekend work whatsoever.
