An excellent opportunity has arisen within the regional office of this highly regarded insurance specialist for a proactive, client-focused individual to join this highly successful team that transacts both commercial and personal lines insurance products.
As an Insurance Adviser, your wide and varied role will include, but not be limited to, fielding calls and enquiries from existing commercial and personal lines clients and providing a first-class service by answering all technical, product and policy queries as quickly and efficiently as possible. Additionally, you’ll have a keen eye for account maximisation opportunities by identifying gaps in cover and introducing products that may be of interest to the client’s business, as well as for their own personal insurance needs.
Additionally, you’ll work on new business too, fielding telephone and face to face enquiries and providing competitive quotations using all the markets and systems at your disposal.
Career motivated individuals with proven customer-focused insurance experience are invited to apply immediately. Preference will be given to those who have knowledge and experience of SME / commercial insurance risks, although aspirational personal lines specialists will also be considered. This is strictly NOT a call centre environment and will not involve shift or weekend work.
