Are you an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser that’s looking for the ideal self-employed role in London?

Are you suffering from a lack of leads and wasting time organising appointments, and would thrive in an environment where you could truly focus on giving advice?

If you’re experiencing the above, or simply feel that the time is right to make a change and work for a brokerage that provides high-quality leads and deals with high net worth clients, then read all about this incredible opportunity with a lucrative brokerage in Canary Wharf.

Despite opening its doors in early 2017, this brokerage has already created a real success story within the world of mortgages. It’s built a strong and sustainable bank of high net worth clients, which continues to grow with each passing day. The brokers at this firm are earning incredible amounts of money, and it’s recently moved offices into some prime real estate in Canary Wharf with a picturesque view of London. As its success story continues into the next chapter, it’s looking to hire an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join its high-earning team.

You’ll be working on a huge variety of mortgages and protection cases on a weekly basis. As this firm deals regularly with high net worth deals, with properties in the price range of £1m-£5m, you can expect to be regularly challenged. The cases will be complicated and sometimes tricky to get over the line, but when they do, the pay-out is huge. Mix that with Protection cases and generally quicker deals, you can expect to take home an enviable amount of money. You’ll be very busy, but nobody takes home six figures per year being lazy.

To give you an idea of the earning potential in this role – once you’re up and running, you can expect to take home £5K-£10K per month and earn £50K - £55K for year one. In year two, you’ll be expected to take home £100K+. One of the firm’s brokers took home £180K in their second year, so the sky really is the limit in terms of earnings. The firm can also provide financial support initially whilst you find your feet.

You will benefit from provided leads and full admin support, but you will also be expected to self-generate business.
It is absolutely essential that you have experience in providing face to face Mortgage and Protection advice within an estate agency or independent brokerage environment. Experience within a bank or building society won’t be suitable unfortunately.

Despite being self-employed, this is an office-based role with hours built around a 9-5 day, but naturally, you’ll be expected to work around your clients. There’s still great flexibility involved here as you can work from home on occasions and have as many off-site meetings with clients as you want.

Does this opportunity sound ideal for you? A high-earning role, dealing with retail and private bank mortgages, niche clients and lenders, and a picturesque office in the financial capital of the UK. If this sounds like your cup of tea, then don’t hesitate in applying!
