This company is in the position whereby it has so many introducers and lead sources that it is literally having to turn away business. As a result of its connections and repeat customers, the firm is receiving hundreds of enquiries every day and as such, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to fully exploit these.
Working in a whole of market environment, you will provide telephone-based mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clientele all over the UK. You will be working in an extremely efficient environment, with support from dedicated Administrators, who will allow you to do what you do best; focus on writing business and earning substantial income.
There will be no need for you to do any cold calling as all leads are provided.
There is also no weekend working involved and you can enjoy fairly traditional office hours, Monday to Friday, with a 3pm finish on a Friday.
Give the volume of business available, our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running. As such, you must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with a successful track record of writing compliant mortgage and protection business. Equally, you must have a professional telephone manner, coupled with well-honed sales and negotiation skills.
