A leading international business is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to its newly-established UK base in London.
This highly successful company employs nearly 5,000 staff across four continents. It specialises in IT solutions, decisioning systems, outsourcing, banking software and consulting services to predominantly finance, insurance and utility companies.
You will conduct business development activities for products and services in the area of insurance lead generation for Banks, Credit Risk Management and Decisioning Solutions targeted to individuals and SME’s. You’ll engage in scouting and pre-sales activities to continuously feed the pipeline of deals, using robust networking and strategic relationship development with senior level clients, market players, associations etc.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a track record of sales and negotiation working for companies within the insurance or credit sector. You will also be familiar with the UK banking industry, preferably with established connections within the Challenger Banks. Solid expertise in Credit Risk Management Processes and Scoring are a plus. It is a given that you will have excellent presentation and communication skills to be a success in the role.
You will receive a generous compensation package, to include commission. This will be the first UK appointment for this international business with turnover in excess of €500m. As such, investment will not be an issue as the company looks to establish itself firmly within the UK market, thus providing an excellent opportunity for you to progress within this growing concern.
