You’ll enjoy working on a mixture of Residential and Buy-To-Let mortgages as well as Protection cases from leads passed on by their estate agencies’ Negotiators. You can expect to receive several leads per day with a strong conversion rate of 45%. You’ll be expected to work every other Saturday, but as any experienced broker will tell you, this is the norm in the industry. You will of course, have a day off in lieu mid-week.

A base salary can be agreed upon joining should you wish to be employed and if you choose to be self-employed, financial support is available, with the amount dependent on the candidate’s circumstances.

The realistic OTE for this role is £50K-60K for year one, £60K-80K for year two and £100K+ for year three.
