We are delighted to be assisting this award-winning Mortgage & Protection brokerage with the appointment of a Trainer within its Derby office.
This brokerage is going from strength to strength, growing both in headcount, as well as opening new offices in the Midlands. Renowned for being a market-leader within the niche of specialist mortgage lending, this is a very exciting business to be part of.
Working in the established L&D Team, you will deliver induction and ‘academy’ sessions to Mortgage Advisers, as well as implementing necessary follow up training.
You’ll be trained by the existing Trainer, who is moving into a new role within the firm, and the induction course is already written, so it’s just a matter of delivering this in an engaging manner. You will of course be welcome to bring new ideas to the department, and look for ways to improve the training offering.
Specific duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, conducting effective induction and onboarding sessions, monitoring and evaluating training programmes’ effectiveness, and producing training records for each learner.
In an ideal world, you’ll have experience of delivering training within the mortgage market, however, our client is flexible on this and will consider relevant candidates from the wider finance market, such as the secured / unsecured loan market.
