We are delighted to be assisting this award-winning Mortgage & Protection brokerage with the appointment of a Sales & Quality Supervisor.
This position can be based in either Derby or Birmingham.

Working with the leadership team, you will be responsible for the performance, competency and professionalism of circa 12 Mortgage Consultants in line with the company's Training and Competence Scheme and Financial Conduct Authority requirements.
Maintaining the high standards that this firm is known for, and working in conjunction with the compliance and training specialists, you will see Advisers through to Competent Adviser Status, which will include duties such as call monitoring, conducting one to ones, monitoring KPIs, supporting Mortgage Advisers in developing their knowledge and skills, and conducting client feedback calls. You will also conduct any other duties as required, in order to ensure compliance with the published T&C framework.
This company has a great team, and as such, it is seeking a person who shares its values – someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, implement new ideas, and keep Mortgage Brokers on track with their sales and compliance results.
You will have recent experience of working within mortgages and ideally, you will be CeMAP qualified. You must also have experience of training or mentoring others, with a passion for providing a very high level of customer service and maximising sales opportunities. Our client will consider candidates from independent mortgage broking backgrounds, as well as those from tied / restrictive backgrounds. You will be rewarded with a basic salary in the region of £35K together with a performance-related bonus.
