The specialist Superyacht division of a major broking giant seeks an accomplished Senior Yacht Broker / Manager for its London office.

With a brand that immediately secures buy-in globally, superior buying power with insurers, and a highly experienced broking team, you’ll have all the tools at your disposal to be successful.
This position has arisen due to the head of the division moving into a wider UHNW role within the company. As such, they need a highly competent and experienced Superyacht Broker to take the helm and ensure the continued success of the division. Overseeing a small team comprising Producers, Placing Brokers and support staff, you will lead the direction of the division, sharing your technical expertise and market knowledge.
It is essential that you have extensive Superyacht broking experience, together with a deep understanding of the market. Previous managerial experience would certainly be beneficial, although our client is willing to consider relevant candidates who are ready to take the step up into management. Importantly, you’ll be approachable, with a genuine passion for getting the best out of others.
Because of the large account held by this team, it is not essential that you bring business with you, although you would of course be rewarded handsomely if you can influence the transfer of any accounts, post covenant.
