This firm receives numerous enquiries on a daily basis from new customers, and it will be your responsibility to qualify each enquiry before passing them on to the Advisors who will convert the qualified lead. This will involve contacting each enquiry (lead) predominantly over the phone or via email, and asking suitability questions to ensure that the Advisers can definitely help.
You must possess great confidence when speaking to clients over the phone, as well as excellent customer service skills, so experience within an outbound call-type role would be ideal, although our client is flexible on this for high quality candidates.
It must also be stressed that this is not a typical 9-5 role. To give you an overview, on a Monday you’ll be working 9am-8pm, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday you’ll work either 9am-5:30pm or 12pm-8pm (alternating weekly), and Friday will be 9am-5pm. You’ll also work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
What sets this opportunity apart from the rest is that you’ll receive commission on top of your basic salary. You can expect a base salary of £18K with an OTE of £20K-£22K, but you can always make more dependent on your work ethic.
