This outstanding intermediary distributor of mortgage based and associated products has approached the Financial Services team here at Aston Charles to help it source two individuals for its dedicated Protection and General Insurance team.
Working from excellent offices in Sale, Greater Manchester, you’ll take responsibility for the account management of an allocated portfolio of intermediaries and member IFAs to encourage increased use of protection and general insurance products. Additionally, you’ll play an active role in the recruitment of Protection Advisers into the network, with a view to achieving the group’s net adviser growth targets, year on year.
From a desk-based basis, your wide and varied role will be to stay in regular telephone contact with you client bank, keeping them up to date with market’s best products, highlighting the key sales differentiators to promote the various propositions. You’ll be comfortable operating with a leading CRM system to plan, record and monitor calls, and to input high quality data from which focused and meaningful MI reports can be made.
It goes without saying that you’ll be an outstanding relationship manager with outstanding communication, influencing and listening skills. Ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate product knowledge gained from a similar position, but as a minimum, you’ll be experienced working in a telephone-based role within a FCA regulated environment. You’ll certainly be coherent with all the TCF principles.
