An established insurance brokerage based in Leamington Spa seeks an experienced professional to broke insurance business on 3 month fixed-term contract.
This firm has a good reputation and mainly caters for Residential Property Owners and Places of Worship clients.
Working in an account handling capacity, you will take instructions over the telephone from new and existing clients. Specific duties will include, but not be limited to, providing quotations, managing renewals, actioning mid-term adjustments, and handling general day to day queries. Being a small office, you will also help out with any other ad hoc work, as required. This is not a sales role and therefore there is no cold calling involved.
You must have previous insurance experience, and ideally this will be from an insurance broking background, although candidates from other areas of the insurance market will be considered. Knowledge of Household / Property insurance would certainly add weight to your application. Just as importantly, you will be polite, with a professional telephone manner, and you must be well-organised.
You’ll enjoy working in a friendly team and this is a relatively ‘stress-free’ role where you will essentially be responsible ‘holding the fort’ for a few months.
Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible and is willing to pay the successful candidate up to £25 per hour. As such, if you are immediately available and looking for work, this is a great opportunity to earn good amount of money up until the festive period!
