This well-established and highly respected Lloyd’s and London Market broking house has a rare and exciting opportunity within its outstanding Art & Private Clients division. It seeks a high calibre individual with the gravitas and wherewithal to inherit a loyal and demanding client portfolio.
You’ll be joining one of the most knowledgeable and respected HNW teams in the London Market and will immediately buy in to its ethos of outstanding client care and support. You’ll happily go the extra mile for your clients when required and will be available to answer their insurance queries and concerns at all times.
In this evolving age of lottery winners, bitcoin investments, property portfolio owners and landed wealth, HNW can take many forms. In this role, you’ll inherit a portfolio of “new money” clientele with a variety of backgrounds including property owners, UK domiciled foreign investors and investment managers. Each client will have their own nuances and expectations, and thus the ability to adapt your style and approach will be absolutely key to the ongoing relationship management and retention of this key tranche of business.
With an initial focus upon reinforcing the existing relationships to secure renewals, you’ll arrange regular meetings with your clients, either at their homes or their workplace, with a view to continuing the provision of the concierge level of service that they have come to expect. Furthermore, you’ll identify gaps in their cover and will look for ways to grow the account organically and by means of gaining referrals and recommendations. With the majority of this book placed within the leading Company markets, it is anticipated that you’ll already have existing relationships in place there. Being a Lloyd’s broker, our client has access to the room as well, if required.
To enable the consistency of service required, you will be comfortable undertaking your own broking too, and will be able to accurately and efficiently process your own renewals, adjustments and quotations. You’ll have the benefit of using a state of the art, paperless system to make life easy.
