This quality-focused, independent mortgage brokerage is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage Administrator for its close-knit team. If you’re looking to work for one of Buckhurst Hill’s leading brokerages on either a full or part-time basis, then take some time to read below.

This quality-focused brokerage has had a fantastic year, filled with consistently winning new clients and enjoying a lot of repeat business. This is a very exciting firm to be part of, where you will enjoy working in a busy and thriving office with huge growth plans in place for 2020 that you will absolutely want to be a big part of. As a result of these increased business levels, the company is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage Administrator to support its team of Advisers.

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role, where duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading documents to lenders’ websites, liaising with lenders to make sure that offers are issued in reasonable timescales, and chasing solicitors. You will also be in regular contact with clients to update them of progress throughout the mortgage lifecycle.

Whilst this firm follows a traditional 9-5 working pattern, you can opt to work part-time hours as opposed to full-time if that suits you better. Whether working full or part-time, this firm isn’t open on the weekends so there’s no weekend work whatsoever.

It is essential that you have previous experience in a mortgage administration role and experience of taking clients through the mortgage application process. You will be dealing with compliance-related issues, so experience in working in this area at some capacity would be ideal. The CeMAP qualification would be preferred but is not essential.

This firm provides a very supportive and friendly environment, therefore a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task, and a keen eye for detail, are crucial to succeed in this role.

You can expect a basic salary in the range of £20K - £22K, as well as a range of company benefits.

If you’re looking to work with a very welcoming team, in a role that will provide you with an excellent work/ life balance, then feel free to get in touch!
