Our client, a leading local firm of Chartered Accounts, Tax Consultants and Financial Planners, is enjoying a sustained period of success and organic growth, and is seeking a Financial Planning Review Administrator to join its team in Weston-super-Mare.

As a Financial Planning Review Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate valuation reports and review packs based on client portfolios in preparation for Adviser meetings, and also to ensure that all information is entered on the internal database. You will process new business applications, tracking on diary system and liaising with providers through to completion of cases. Entering details onto the client database system (Intelligent Office) and ensuring they are kept up to date and accurate is also a big part of the role, as well as providing office support with telephones, post and maintaining spreadsheets to record business progress.
Ideally you will have some experience of working in an IFA admin role, however, my client will look at graduates that possess strong numerical skills. You will be a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work within a team. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
