We have an exciting opening in Leeds for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established team that specialises in Financial Services recruitment.

We are a boutique recruitment consultancy and have been trading in the general insurance and financial services markets since 2008. During this time, we have become the recruiter of choice for many leading general insurance businesses, and the great testimonials that we continually receive from our clients and candidates are the result of our hard work, professionalism and commitment to providing the highest level of service.

You’ll be joining our division that specialises in recruiting IFAs / Financial Advisers and support staff such as Paraplanners and Compliance specialists. However, you will be welcome to develop other complimentary markets as you see fit. We are honoured to be the ‘recruiter of choice’ for many leading FS organisations and as such, we receive many business enquiries, which means you’ll have plenty to work on.

Whilst previous financial services recruitment experience would certainly be advantageous, this is not essential. If you don’t have this, you will ideally come from a ‘professional services’ recruitment background such as Insurance, Legal, Accountancy & Finance, HR or IT. You’ll be a proactive recruiter who is engaging, innovative and driven to make money, and you’ll be a team player with a good sense of humour, who enjoys working as part of a small, friendly and supportive team.
