One of the UK’s leading estate agency brands is eager to bring on board an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser for one of its branches, based in Birmingham city centre. If you’re looking to join a firm that’s considered a true leader in its field, then please read below.
This firm has grown considerably since opening its doors. It now has nearly 400 branches under its network across the UK, and this role sit within one of the top 5 highest-performing and most successful branches. After an internal promotion, the firm is looking to bring on board self-employed Mortgage and Protection Advisers who can work independently amongst its team of dedicated negotiators and introducers.
You’ll enjoy working on predominantly Residential and Buy-To-Let Mortgage and Protection cases from business provided by the firm’s estate agents. You’ll be providing advice, both over the phone and face to face. However, whilst there is no pressure for you to do so, in time, the firm would hope that you would also be proactive in trying to develop some of your own clients and relationships.
This will be no ‘walk in the park’ for an experienced Mortgage Adviser, as this will still involve much of the hard work, hours and determination that comes with a self-employed role. But rather than working solely on lukewarm leads and self-generated business, the process will be much smoother, with almost all of your written business coming from this firm’s new and existing customers – all of which have just purchased a property through them. Where can they go to get a mortgage? They can go to you!
To give you an idea of the earning potential here, nearly every self-employed Mortgage Adviser with this firm has banked a minimum of £110K in their first year.
You’ll also be provided with full admin support, as well as a high-performing Compliance Team to ensure you can focus on writing business and not be tied up with completing endless amounts of paperwork. Financial support is also available for the right candidate.
You’ll be working 9am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri) and will be need to be available on a Saturday between 9am – 4:30pm, but on the plus side, this will purely be on an appointment basis.
You can look forward to a minimum OTE of £50K+ in year one and £70K+ in year two, while some current self-employed Mortgage Advisers in the business are enjoying incomes of £100K+. If you are motivated to make good money and work for a market-leading organisation, then look no further than this role and apply today!
