This firm has been successfully trading in South-West London for over 25 years, and now boasts a network of 21 offices across the South of England, as well as a huge back-book of clients that has steadily established over the years. After another successful year, the firm is looking to bring on board an employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser who can work independently amongst its team of dedicated negotiators and introducers.
Working alongside sales negotiators who are very incentivised to provide you with Mortgage & Protection leads, you will select appropriate products from the whole of market for your clientele. You’ll benefit from access to a highly competent Administration team, who will allow you to focus on what you do best; advising and making money!
Due mainly in part to the locations of the branches, you’ll have regular exposure to large deals. Plenty of Mortgage Advisers are banking £190K+per annum in this firm, resulting in very healthy total on target earnings of £75K+. You can realistically expect to earn £60K+ in your first year, with a base salary of £30K as well as a monthly car allowance and a very rewarding commission scheme.
It is essential that you are fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent). It is preferred that you have independent mortgage broking experience, although our client will consider talented candidates from restricted/ tied environments such as banks or building societies.
You must be motivated to write significant levels of business, and whilst you will enjoy a healthy work/ life balance, you must be flexible with your time. You’ll be working hours built mainly around 9-5 Mon-Fri, and you will need to be available on some Saturdays, but on the plus side, this will purely be on an appointment only basis.
