Mortgage and Protection Adviser – OTE £60K+ - Newcastle upon Tyne

This firm is successfully arranging over £25m worth of mortgages per month, and with the lead sources, client base and reputation in the market that this firm has, there’s no sign of this great success slowing down anytime soon.

It must be stressed that there’s no shortage of leads with this firm. It receives numerous enquiries from several online channels, sophisticated marketing techniques and local estate agents. To give you an idea, the firm received 100 new leads over the weekend and there’s currently 2000 leads yet to be contacted in its lead pool by the 7 advisers. That’s a lot of business to get through for 7 people!

This is an office-based role, with a working hours structure of 9am-5:30pm two days per week, 11am-8pm for another 2 days and 9am-5pm on Friday, ensuring a more sociable finish for the weekend! The firm has one adviser working 9am-2pm on a Saturday, but this is on a rota basis meaning it will be a different adviser each week, so you’ll only work one Saturday every 2 months.

You can expect a base salary of £18K - £20K with an OTE of £60K-£70K for year one, and with the quality of business there is available, there’s no reason you won’t be able to bank £20K on a monthly basis. But what makes this role particularly enticing is the commission structure – You’ll receive 50% on all business banked over £10K!

A dedicated admin team will be available who will provide full admin support, processing all paperwork and aftersales work, to make sure that your only focus will be on writing business!
