This outstanding, independent insurance specialist has a rare opportunity for an experienced claims recovery specialist to join its specialist team and to focus upon maxmising recoveries and minimising leakage, whilst upholding the highest possible levels of professionalism and customer service at all times.
In this varied and exciting role, you’ll proactively manage a caseload of Motor claims, bringing claims to a swift and amicable conclusion. Using your outstanding negotiation, communication and influencing skills, you’ll be comfortable and driven to negotiate settlement of credit hire, repair and other uninsured losses in a timely fashion. To reach a successful conclusion you’ll be able to investigate and resolve liability disputes, successfully negotiate rates, and liaise with suppliers, customers and TP Insurers on a daily basis, and thus you’ll be an eloquent communicator at all times.
Ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience of handling Credit Hire claims within a Motor claims environment and a sound understanding of ABI GTA would be hugely advantageous. Consideration can also be given if your experience is from the wider claims environment, where you provide evidence of outstanding communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Refreshingly, this is strictly NOT a call centre-based role. You’ll only be expected to work on a Monday – Friday 9 to 5 basis, and will enjoy a professional yet fun office culture based in first class Lincoln offices.
