A startup Life Insurance brokerage that has the financial backing of an incredibly established wealth management company, is looking for Client Relationship Managers to help grow and expand the business. This isn’t your typical call centre Life Insurance company; we are looking for individuals who want a career and who want to build lasting client relationships.

Because this is an expanding firm with significant backing, there is also a clearly-defined career development plan for you, with the opportunity to progress into a range of interesting areas.

Despite only working with UK-based clients, you will be working solely from the land of sunshine and Sangria – Spain!

You will be provided with leads and be responsible for conducting a needs analysis for every client to ensure that the correct products are recommended. This will be through conducting fact-finds, with a view to promoting covers from the company’s product range including Life Insurance, Critical Illness cover, Income Protection, Key Man Insurance & Funeral Plans.

To be a successful Life Insurance Client Relationship Manager, you should provide excellent customer service by maintaining the existing client base and implementing measures to expand the customer base through active marketing. This role requires a you to be self-motivated, with the ability to manage your time effectively.

Your main responsibilities will include providing advice to clients and recommending suitable insurance products, providing intermediary services between insurance companies and clients, expanding the customer base, and maintaining electronic and paper records.

You must have a good customer service and sales background, ideally within Life insurance, although candidates from related areas such a Funeral Plans or Income Protection etc will be considered. You must have a positive mindset, strong selling skills, and excellent attention to detail. You must also have good IT skills and the ability to multi-task. Ideally, you will hold a valid driving license.

Should you be successful, the firm will pay for your flights to Spain, handle all of your paperwork, provide shared accommodation for your first 3 months, and help with a car transfer.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £25K, plus a performance-related bonus, providing realistic on target earnings of £60K+.
