Award-winning mortgage company based in Southport has an exciting opening for a Completions Support Officer.

Working within a close-knit team, you will support Mortgage Advisers and Case Managers with the successful completion of Mortgage business. Once mortgage deals have been agreed, you will be responsible for chasing any outstanding information / decisions, from a range of internal and external stakeholders, including solicitors and lenders and valuers.

Previous experience within mortgages or financial services is NOT ESSENTIAL, however, you must have a very strong telephone manner, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of partners with whom you will be regularly dealing with. Given the time critical nature of the mortgage process, you will have strong persuasive and influencing skills, and you will show a good level of assertiveness. As you will also be chasing people online, you will also have the ability to put together professional emails.
To tie in with the reputation and values of this outstanding firm, you’ll be engaging and positive, with a “can-do” attitude; always looking for ways to improve, as well as assisting others wherever possible.

There will be no pressure for you to progress from this position.
