With numerous roles available here, the client ideally seeks an experienced individual with a minimum of 18 months experience of handling commercial claims.
You will be allocated a portfolio of clients and handle all claims that your portfolio generates over the course of their allegiance to our client. The varied caseload means there will be clients in the SME space, alongside global clients all requiring high levels of valued-added broker claims support and service. You will need to work closely alongside Account Managers, Account Directors and insurers to make sure the claims perform correctly, the service is market-leading, and to maintain retention rates. You’ll be responsible for all claims generated by your account, which will include everything from EL and PL cases, Property, Motor Fleet and other ancillaries.
You’ll undoubtedly be able to demonstrate proven claims handling expertise, which will be underpinned by a desire to provide world class client service at all times. The ability to build, maintain and maximise client relationships is paramount too.
