This ‘Third Party Administrator – with a difference’ is the brain child of several insurance veterans with rich pedigrees in utilising state-of-the-art technology to tackle longstanding problems in the claims industry. This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

The need has arisen for a Motor Claims Support Assistant, who will be responsible for dealing with general enquires from clients, as well as supporting the experienced Motor Claims Handlers. Working closely with the Claims Handlers, you will see every part of the claims handling process, which makes this role perfect for a Junior Motor Claims specialist who would ultimately like to transition into a fully-fledged Claims Handler position in the future.

It's essential that you have some previous experience within a Motor Claims environment. As this role is 100% home-based, you must be highly motivated and able to work under your own steam, with minimal supervision (but lots of support!), and you’ll be well-organised with excellent task-management skills. As you’d expect from a disruptive Insurtech firm, you should be client service-focused, with a can-do attitude, and pride yourself on your problem-solving skills and innovative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes. As you will be dealing with stakeholders from all walks of life, and dealing with a wide variety of losses, you must have excellent communication and rapport building skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations, whilst demonstrating empathy.

You will receive a generous basic salary between £25K - £28K together with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
