Upon joining the company, you will inherit a book of circa 12 – 15 corporate clients, meaning this is a manageable number of accounts that you can really get to know well, and with whom you can build meaningful relationships. The portfolio can be tweaked to suit your experience, skills and interests, and there are a wide range of accounts available, spanning fascinating sectors such as Hospitality, Leisure & Tourism, Property, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesaling, Health & Social Care, just to name a few. Risks here tend to generate individual fee income from £30K - £100K, with some generating much more than this.
Whilst Corporate broking experience would certainly be welcome, our client also welcomes applications from aspiring Commercial Account Executives, who are genuinely excited about the opportunity to deal with major corporate risks. Moreover, you’ll be passionate about being a true ‘risk adviser’, and genuinely interested in tailoring truly bespoke insurance solutions for your clients. It’s also essential that you are capable of liaising effectively with senior members at board level, and that you have polished communication and presentation skills.
You’ll be supported by a highly competent Account Handling and Broking team, who will free up your time to do what you do best; advising customers and building lasting relationships.
